These are the locations for the new red light speed cameras. . Even if you speed through the orange light to beat the red – if you’re speeding through these set of lights – you will get done for speeding. There is one already active  and installed in front of the bell tower on Riverside Drive in the City.

The WA police are preparing a BUSINESS CASE for more speed cameras?

For both of them   its a downwards spiral  while tiger woods is getting a beating literally by his wife  and also by the hounding media  as would be expected  , tiger airways  is also getting  beaten up by the media for  their lax and thrifty ways ( according to some).

The count  for Tigers “transgressions” has already  rocketed upto Lady no 10 and who knows how many more to come. Truly  all his favorite golf holes  will be lost for a while  while he  collects his balls.

The Tiger Woods saga continues with claims he has been linked to a relationship with an adult movie star.
Holly Sampson, 36, is an alleged seventh mistress of Woods but The New York Post reports the number of women linked to the billionaire golf champion may be as high as nine.

Sampson, whose list of movies includes My First Sex Teacher, reportedly said through a lawyer she had no comment to make on the matter.

Apparently  A passenger on tiger airways got charged double the fare  for travelling along with the  Guardian dog.

Carriage of Live Animals

The carriage of live animals, including pets, insects, reptiles or any other form of livestock, both in the aircraft hold and cabin is strictly forbidden under any circumstances.

Seeing Eye Dogs are accepted for travel on Domestic Flights within Australia. Please call our call centre for more information.

Service Dogs

Any type of service dog is accepted for travel on domestic flights within Australia, subject to producing proof of registration as a service dog (eg with the Australian Guide Dog Association).

The passenger must be dependent on the service dog for mobility. The service dog must travel with its owner.

The dog must be harnessed and seated on an absorbent mat during flight.

Your fare will also cover your service dog. The window seat adjacent to the vision/hearing impaired passenger will be blocked for the service dog.

We can only accommodate two service dogs per flight in Australia.

We cannot accommodate service dogs on flights to or from Asian destinations.

Mobility Aids and Wheelchairs

Passengers’ own wheelchairs will be carried free of charge, in addition to their normal baggage allowance, but must be checked in.

Wheelchairs that are powered by sealed, non-spillable batteries are accepted for carriage. Wheelchairs with un-sealed, spillable batteries will not be accepted.
All powered wheelchairs must be checked through and comply with relevant battery connection/disconnection requirements.

You must advise us whether you are able to board using steps or whether you require a wheelchair from check-in to the aircraft.

For Australia, we are able to provide a manual wheelchair to convey you from check-in to the aircraft, at which point a lifting device will be available, if previously requested (in the absence of an aero-bridge). Our crew can then assist in transferring you to an aisle wheelchair and from an aisle wheelchair to your seat. At your destination we will similarly transfer you from your seat and supply a lifting device and manual wheelchair for disembarkation, if previously arranged. Your wheelchair will then be delivered to you at the baggage collection point.

Our crew’s ability to assist is subject to compliance with mandated Occupational Health and Safety Regulations in Australia as to the maximum permissible weight of a passenger for lifting (130kgs) and the mobility status of the passenger (eg a full lift of a passenger compared to passengers able to partially lift themselves, and whether assistance is available from a carer, if applicable).

For Tiger Singapore flights, there will be a charge for assistance in respect of wheelchair and other services required from check in to embarkation if previously requested. There may be local unavailability of a lifting device or weight restrictions applicable to the use of devices and the ability of our crew to provide direct lifting assistance. Fees may be applicable for some devices.

We also have an upper torso harness available on our Australian flights, subject to usage restrictions, and prior booking.

Peter Collins, the director of legal services with the Aboriginal Legal Service, warned that the boy’s case was not an isolated incident and indigenous children were being over-policed in WA.

A spokesman for Mr O’Callaghan confirmed this morning that two charges of receiving stolen property, the second relating to a novelty sign, would be withdrawn on the condition that the boy agreed to have the matter referred to a juvenile justice team.

Mr Collins said he would be pushing for police to issue a caution against the boy, rather than a referral to a juvenile justice team, after Police Commissioner Karl O’Callaghan announced police would offer to withdraw the criminal prosecution on two charges of receiving stolen property. The second charge related to a novelty sign.

“This is not an isolated incident. This is the thin edge of the wedge, this happens all the time. Aboriginal kids are being charged with really trivial offences which shouldn’t be the subject of criminal prosecutions and which should be the subject of diversion processes.

“They are routinely being hauled before the courts. What is means is the dye is cast very young for Aboriginal kids.”

Attorney-General Christian Porter said the boy’s case was unusual and the move to drop the charges appeared to be a “good decision”.
